Hi beauties! Today I have the Wet N Wild Silver Lake collection to share with you. Read more after the break.
Stream of ConsciousnessA pretty pale pink with shimmers throughout. In the bottle it looks like a sheer polish, reminiscent of French manicure bases, but on the nail it's more opaque. It's more of a milky pink than sheer. Very elegant. I almost passed it up but I'm glad I didn't
A bright orange with a hint of pink, almost coral creme. My camera is making it look more coral, but it's actually more orange (see the video for a more accurate color). It was opaque in 2 coats.
Reject the Mainstream
A lilac creme 2 coater. Another pretty selection for the Spring. It reminds me of candy Easter eggs.
A minty sage creme. I like this one more in the bottle. A pretty color but I think it would look better on different skin tones. It was opaque in 3 coats.
Wear Skinny Jeans
Periwinkle blue creme with hidden shimmer that creates a opalescent finish. Opaque in 2 coats.
A Latte Love
A marshmallow-y chocolate creme. This one took me by surprise. It's another one I debated on getting but was pleasantly surprised. There's something about the look of it that I like. It has a certain understated elegance.
Application was good on most of the polishes .The only down side is the super wide brush that gives me a little trouble with my pinky finger. The polishes were very shiney and pictures were taken without a top coat.
Overall I really like this collection. The colors scream Spring and there are some unexpected gems. My favorites from the collection are: A Latte Love, Stream of Consciousness and Warm Filter.
I found this collection at my local Walgreens for $1.99 but they were on sale for BOGO 50% off which made the deal even sweeter.
